Getting a faster answer
Some things have their own route, and using it will get you a better answer sooner:
- A formal complaint, or anything you want on record — use Grievance Redressal
- Access, correction, export or deletion of your child’s data — see Parental Consent & Your Rights
- A security flaw — please follow Security & Disclosure rather than posting it publicly
- Cancelling or asking for money back — see Refunds & Cancellation
