Refunds & Cancellation

In short

Cancel any time from Settings. You keep access until the period you already paid for runs out.

Changed your mind in the first 7 days? Tell us and we refund in full, no questions.

What you can buy

Tara has a free tier. Paid plans are billed in advance, either monthly or yearly, at the price shown to you at checkout in Indian Rupees including applicable taxes. We will always show the amount and the renewal date before you pay.

Cancelling

  • Cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. No phone call, no email required.
  • Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not end your current period — you keep full access until the date you have already paid through.
  • Your child’s work stays available on the free tier. Nothing is deleted just because you cancelled.

Refunds

First 7 days

If you are not happy within 7 days of your first payment, write to us and we will refund it in full. You do not have to give a reason.

Yearly plans

Cancel a yearly plan within 30 days of purchase or renewal and we refund the unused months on a pro-rata basis, rounded up to the whole month.

Monthly plans after 7 days

Part-months are not normally refunded, because you keep access for the rest of the period. If something went wrong at our end, tell us — we would rather fix it than argue about a month.

Where we always refund

  • You were charged twice for the same period
  • You were charged after cancelling
  • The service was unavailable for a prolonged period
  • A payment was made on your account without your authorisation

How to ask

Email complaints@aiwallah.com or use the contact form with the subject Billing. Include the email on your account and the date of the charge.

  1. We acknowledge within 2 working days.
  2. We approve or explain within 7 working days.
  3. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. How quickly it appears then depends on your bank or card issuer, not on us.

Digital service, no shipping

Tara is delivered entirely online. There is nothing to ship, and no delivery charges apply. Access begins immediately on successful payment.

Price changes

If we change the price of a plan you are on, we will tell you at least 30 days before it takes effect. You can cancel before the new price applies.

If you disagree with our decision

Escalate through Grievance Redressal. All payments are collected by AK Infra and Realty Developers.
